Goods will be shipped by 1st Class recorded delivery or Parcel Post.
International orders are shipped by either International recorded mail, Airmail, Airsure or by Swiftair depending on weight and country for a speedy delivery.
Your order is processed using secure on-line ordering software by Actinic,
and your credit card details are processed on the Worlpay Secure Server, independently
certified by Worldpay, using the latest encryption methods ensuring all information
is transmitted securely. We do not charge your card until goods are shipped.
If the items are in stock you will normally receive your goods within 5 to
10 days. If we are waiting for stock from our suppliers you will normally receive
your goods within 7 – 21 days.
We will e-mail you should there be any delay expected, but please allow up to
a maximum of 28 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
Orders within the European Union (EU):
For goods sent to addresses within the EU, VAT @ 15% is included in all prices
quoted in the catalogue.
Orders outside the EU:
For goods sent to addresses outside the EU the price quoted in the catalogue
includes VAT. This means that all of our customers pay the same prices across the
world.
The VAT that we do not pay on orders sent to non-EU countries helps us to cover
some of the additional costs of providing a service to international customers.
Please be advised that your order may be subject to your country's import duty
and tax, if you live outside the EU.

duty or costs incurred.
Exchange / Refund conditions
We are sure that you will love your purchase but we will be more than happy
to exchange or refund goods if returned within 14 days of delivery. Goods must
be returned in their original condition, with all tags and stickers etc in place.
We will refund the full price or exchange for another size or colour. (shipping
costs are excluded from refund unless the goods are faulty).
Goods must be in an unworn condition with tags attached and be clean and free from odours such as smoke, deodrant and perfumes etc. Please ensure that pants are tried on over clean underwear.
Items returned outside of the terms set out above are at the management's discretion only and we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking charge of 25% and items returned to customer will be charged at standard rate.
For hygeine reasons, stick on bras and silicone products are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.
Please return using recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting to ensure that your goods are insured.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Including a copy of the returns note or invoice with the reason for return. Mark on the note, the required item if an exchange is required or e-mail us with the details to speed up the return. Postage is free for exchanges no matter how may times you exchange within the UK. This excludes worldwide exchange where postage will be charged at the standard rates.
Please ensue that all parcels are securely sealed before posting and please
do not use courier companies to return parcels to us. Obtain proof of postage for
your security.
